Welcome to my profile.

I studied railway engineering in college which I later realized, taught me to think in a grounded & structured way. I later worked as a teacher & in mental health settings in the UK while studying Chinese medicine at university & then became an acupuncturist running a busy clinic for 15+ years. Always seeking, and with a thirst for knowledge, I continued to expand my healing tool kit & after knowing and receiving Peak States therapy myself for 10+ years I became a Peak States trauma therapist.

Most spontaneously I find that clients with cancer, chronic pain, childhood and sexual abuse or with a keen need for spiritual direction tend to find me & work with me.

With my journey through quite a few spiritual traditions, including Buddhist meditations of Vipasana, ups & downs of Catholic upbringing & my own 20 years practice of Bhakti Yoga – Hare Krsna movement – I am able to guide people through their awakenings, spiritual bypass, spiritual emergencies, existential crisis, denial and inner personality archetypal wars.

I also trained in Non-Violent-Communication (Rosenberg) and I give free seminars to my community & practice couples counselling & conflict resolution. Added to this, I am a health nut and together with my wife Ayla, who is also Peak states therapist, we coach people about plant based nutrition, exercise, and mental and emotional health through personalised health plans.

In the past I trained in and used EMDR, NLP, CBT and counselling, but I find that the Peak states approach and its unique techniques are more reliable, gain immediate lasting results and my clients are much lighter & peaceful after the session.
