I am a biologist, nutritionist, WHH therapist who is particularly passionate about cell biology, its functioning, as well as the impact of prenatal and birth traumas on human life, behavior, self-esteem, achieving success and level of happiness in life.

With a deep belief in the capacity for growth and transformation, I combine EFT and WHH with a client-centered approach to guide individuals through emotional challenges, trauma, and limiting beliefs. I am passionate about exploring the intricate relationship between mind, body, and spirit, empowering clients to release emotional blocks, tap into their innate strength, and cultivate greater self-awareness. Through a supportive and collaborative therapeutic process, I help clients move toward healing, resilience, and the realization of their highest potential.
